such a great experience with this joint.A few weeks ago we ordered take away.I am a vegetarian and so are kids so when we ordered the kids sliders I asked if the pattie could be vegetarian, and they were happy to accommodate, they cut the normal veg pattie in half and use that in the smallslider, did check with me if that was ok, yep gold star for that as most places don't give you the opition. when I went in to pickup I felt welcomed and looked after ,first by the owner I think and then staff. when I got home and we got the food out, we saw that we were missing a side chips with the deal.I rang to inform and they offered to either refund, deliver it or give me another next time. We needed the chips as there were more people at the house sharing the food, and asked if they would please deliver, we are like 4 mins away. they sent someone over and sent a large pack of chips instead of the small missing one. happy indeed! more than the chips it was about the ethics of this whole thing, if you make a mistake,you fix it and then make up for it ,precisely what they did. not to forget that the food was beautiful! the veg pattie was crunchy and flavourful, the chips perfect and the meat burger just as good as the veg one. well done you guys we will be...

I’m a very regular customer and usually receive great service, but my most recent visit was disappointing. I always order roughly the same meal and have never had any issues. As I normally do, I politely asked for BBQ sauce, something I’ve requested many times before without any problem.

After quite a long wait for our food and drinks, a staff member came over, held out the card machine, and simply said, “for your BBQ sauce and pineapple.” There was no explanation, no courtesy—just the machine being held in front of us. This was surprising, as I’ve never been told there would be an extra charge, nor was I asked about it beforehand. If this is now a policy, customers should be informed before the food is prepared. It would have been far better if the staff member had politely explained the situation instead of rudely holding out the card machine...

My husband and I ate here today for the 1st time. Well, what a delightful surprise. From the minute of walking into this stylish Cafe to when we left 45mins later, everything was definately 5 star rating. At 70 years of age for both of us, and having dined out weekly for a good deal of those years, we are well qualified to comment on the quality of this Cafe. ALL the Staff are friendly and attentive with Malik leading the way. Food was absolutely amazing and delicious as well as being plentiful and cooked to perfection and my Chai Latte was made in Heaven. Sahil has nailed this Cafe in every way. We will be coming here often now we have discovered it. Certainly no other eating place within kilometers comes anywhere near the Star Rating of this place.
