Time 4 Thai Currambine — Restaurant in Western Australia

Ordered two meals, we were told a 40min wait, returned back to the restaurant after 50min and we were told 10 more minutes, stopped by woolworths then got back I was told 5 more minutes and that only 1 of the dishes had been made. A guy in the line ordered more food then us and 30 minutes after us and his order was prioritised and the owner offered him compensation for the long wait. We waited some more, 2 times with them saying 5 more minutes, 5 more minutes, we weren't offered any compensation just excuse after excuse, understandable they are short staffed and busy but prioritising someone else who ordered 30 minutes after me is unacceptable. The business is poorly managed and the food was mediocre. Definitely will not be returning and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Thank you for your response however this was not me, this was another customer and her friend who don't seem to have left a review. It seems like there were a number of issues this same night. After reading the online reviews regarding negative experiences ordering through Uber Eats, I was hesitant. However, I am so glad we decided to try this restaurant for ourselves. I am tough to please when it comes to Thai cuisine…but Time 4 Thai significantly exceeded my expectations. The most delicious, creamy and authentic yellow chicken curry I have ever tasted. I would even go as far as saying the best Thai food in Perth! The delivery was slightly longer than estimated (however that’s to be expected on a busy Sunday night). When I rang the restaurant to confirm ETA, they were helpful and friendly. No complaints whatsoever. I will not go anywhere else for Thai food in future. First and last time we will ever order from this restaurant. If I could give it one star I would. Ordered a Nasi goreng and Mi goreng. Opened the nasi goreng and was hit with a strong fish smell, so strong that it was completely off putting. Partner had one spoon full and couldn’t eat it. The meal tasted like it was off, and regardless of the quality he couldn’t get the strong fish smell. Thankfully I didn’t even get a chance to taste mine before I finding dead mosquitos in the food.
