Great customer service each time, I've tried some of their Brown sugar lover series (flaming brown sugar with fresh milk is awesome), fruit tea series and taro milk tea (with taro bits!). Fruit tea might be too sweet but the others are refreshing/satisfying. I had warm taro milk tea once and the paper straw melt/twist after awhile. I guess the paper straw is due to the legislation. Would have rated 5 if the cup is bigger (I think the cup is slightly smaller compared

During September me and a group of friend go to Southland shopping center for a movie and I try Bon Bon Cha。 The staff member is so kind，friendly and so enthusiastic💗。I was first time be there at Sep and I was amazed by the Flamming Milk Tea。I try one of the fruit tea as well but I like this one the most。 Thank you for make my day on Sep so perfect 😊。

Had a very bad experience here today. Assuming it was the boss lady behind counter who was very rude to me for no reason. When I was ordering my drink, I thought I would try out the 10% discount card from their affiliate partner. As soon I mentioned the about the discount before I even had the chance to present the card, the lady got very rude and kept telling me to present my email as identity proof. Fine, so I had to start looking for the email which I found it eventually, even though I have the discount card ready with my ID. She kept accusing me of not being genuine infront of several customers. So I told her to disregard the discount but she said she will apply it anyway, with a very reluctant and disgruntled response. For a 70cents discount, I had to be verified like going through immigration and suffer the public embarrassment. And funnily enough, she was really nice to the...

New review 23 March, got the lychee green tea with lychee heart jellies. So refreshing and tastes like fresh lychee. It could be my new favourite flavour until I try something new next time 😀

Edited new review, went there today 24 Feb 2024, and got the Autumn grape tea with lychee popping pearls. So nice and refreshing and the popping pearls were very tasty with good lychee flavour. The owners are so helpful and friendly. This grape tea is my new favourite. Definitely recommend this place for bubble tea.

2023: Flaming brown sugar milk tea and creamy bobacino dalgona coffee. There's a technique to drinking them unlike other bubble teas so if it's your first time, make sure you inform the lovely ladies behind the counter and they'll teach you how to drink it. Yes, you DON'T just stick your straw in and slurp. 😉 Been there 3 or 4 times now and each time FL gave excellent customer service.

2025 update: Still our favourite boba branch after 2 years. CK & FL are great business owners with excellent people skills. They are constantly creating new drinks and we don't mind being 'guinea pigs' as they never disappoint. We have encouraged so many friends to try and most have switched from other...
