Nice setting. A menu item said "2 eggs how you like with toast". So I ordered "the 2 eggs, fried please" with some other items for our table of 3. The whole order seemed expensive (52 bucks for 3 ppl and only 2 of us eating) but didn't query it. I should have. The girl had rung up 2 lots of 2 eggs with toast! Any way, was too hard to have the debate so we shared them amongst our group and swallowed the unexpected charge of 15 bucks for them. Also ordered raspberry pancakes for my young daughter. We thought classic indulgence for a kid. They came out covered in oats! Not the treat we were expecting. Wasn't wanted so also shared amongst the group. Hot chocolate was good, pot of tea was good, I ordered a latte, tasted a bit like what you'd have gotten in Siberia during the cold...

I never leave google reviews, but my experience at Jamaica Blue this morning was that appalling that I felt a review was warranted. The waitress (young brown-haired female with a fringe) was extremely rude with zero customer service skills and had no common courtesy at all. We waited for 45 minutes for our food to be served even though the cafe was close to empty. When i went up to follow up on my order/ask if my docket had been lost she ignored me and when our food was eventually brought out she did not apologise for the wait time at all. Food was cold and of poor quality for the price. I've worked in hospitality for years as a waitress/barista and honestly could not believe the standard of service provided here. I'll definitely not be coming back...

We came for lunch today. Service as usual was good n the coffee great What we were disappointed was the chicken n mushroom crepe which we both ordered. I thought it was only me but the chicken was very bland..it didn’t come with any sauce like in the past and was told we had to pay extra I am aware that this is a franchise business where consistency is very important.. we used to love this when we came every week before this new store This is not a complaint but a comment that we hope the main franchise...
