This has been always my favourite japanese restaurant to go since year 2000s (can't remember exactly the year). Yuki has been around for years and the dishes have improved a lot. I really like how the owner always try to have new dish on the menu.

My favorite has always been the salmon chirasi and the ikayaki (grilled squid), grilled to perfection.

The sushi is another one you must try. I looove the aburi and spider roll, my 5yo always goes for tobiko roll. The rice has sufficient vinegar to make it very delicious, especially with the wasabi, kikkoman and pickled ginger.

I once ordered Ikayaki but got the wrong one, got karaage instead, but we took it anyway because we never tried it. And I was glad that we kept the squid karaage, that squid is soft and crunchy with the mayonnaise dip on the side.

One recommendation from me is the beverages. It would make the restaurant feel even more authentic serving beverages with japanese brand like Ito En. I really love the mandarin & grapefruit Koyomi high ball.

Customer service is another area where I find them top notch, always professional and personal. All the time I have meal, everyone is always at their high customer service level, always courteous and willing to help.

The price at Yuki is indeed above average, BUT what Yuki offers is way above average and that's what I am happy to pay for. I get the yummy delicious meals, outstanding customer service and the atmosphere of the venue with classical music playing in the background adds the overall satisfaction eating there.

Many restaurants todays make me feel I am there not valued as customer, they expect me to come, eat and go right away so they can have the next customers. That will add into account for the review. Never the case with Yuki, I can have a good time with friends and family without feeling being rushed.

Overall, Yuki is easily the choice for my family and friends to go to anytime and we know we will have a good delicious and...

I went to Yuki Japanese last night for a Birthday dinner for my sister. The customer service was fantastic and the decor and seating were beautiful, very traditional Japanese, but also relaxing.

I highly recommend booking in advance because Yuki's food is very popular and therefore the restaurant is often overfilled.

Our party of 5 people (including seperate meals, drinks and dessert) cost just under $115 and we all ate the perfect amount to be satisfied but not over-stuffed. I myself ate the Octopus salad, the Zaru Soba and an iced tea for around $20.

Portion-wise, either two side dishes, or one main dish will be sufficient for a delicious, filling meal. Food is brought to you steaming hot and straight from the kitchen. I highly recommend the Chicken/Beef Udon (large bowl @ $15) which my father really enjoyed.

The only two issues we had were; the Katsudon was a little too sweet due to too much mirin and too little sake (leading to my sister throwing up the next day)- althought this was probably due to rush hour; the wait was 30-40 minutes after we ordered- although there were over 60 people in the restaurant at the time so this is completely understandable- and the wait was well worth it for the taste and quality of the food.

If I could i would rate this 6 out of 5 because the only issues we had were due to the restaurant being overfilled, which the small staff dealt with very well. Very good price for portion size and quality, great service.

Thank you Yuki for the delicious meal, I will definitely be returning to try something...

Very very disappointed. We came here for Christmas eve dinner and we're regular customers as we often came here. My brother booked for 10 people, when we came the owner knew she made a mistake, she just reserved us a table of 8. We got the floor table and the next table of 4 was empty, so we sat down for both tables. Out of sudden the owner came and said rudely to us that we couldn't sit at the floor table of 4. My brother tried to explain that she made a mistake of booking, she argued she wrote in the booking of 8 and my brother had a proof in writing that he booked for 10 people. She didn't want to listen and just asked us to move to a table (whoch should be for 6 people) with 10 people of us. She said the other table was booked and we had been an hour at the restaurant, the table was still empty. In my opinion, the owner made a mistake she had to deal with it and solve the problem, not argued with the customers. It was very disappointing ans we're regular customers. It's really really poor customer service from the owner herself. If it was the staff, we could deal with it. But this was from the owner herself, it's not acceptable at all. I'm sorry you lose your loyal customers, we put 5 starts to 1 star. Please don't be so rude the way you talk to your customers especially you're the owner. It's a really...

We recently dined at Yuki and tried the teriyaki beef and chicken katsu don. While the dishes were decent, they were a bit underwhelming in terms of flavor—nothing particularly stood out. We also ordered the deluxe sushi set (6 pieces), which was fresh and enjoyable, but again, nothing extraordinary that would set it apart from other sushi spots in the area. That said, the waiting time was quite reasonable considering we went during peak hours, and we were able to get a table without a booking, which was a nice surprise. However, I would recommend making a reservation online to avoid any potential wait, especially if you’re visiting during busy times. One thing we appreciated was the ample parking available, making it easy to pop in for a meal without worrying about finding a spot. Overall, it’s a solid option for a casual Japanese meal, though not one that left a lasting impression.

A very popular local Japanese restaurant with reasonable prices. Have ordered take away previously but this time we booked for 8 people at 6.30pm. At this time the restaurant was already busy and took an hour before our meals arrived. It also seemed that other tables that ordered their meals also received theirs before us. When it did arrive it was only for some of us and had to wait a further 10 minutes before the last person received their dish. Service aside, the meal was tasty. The tuna teriyaki was cooked perfectly with the inside still moist and firm. The tempura was not oily and was nice & crispy. Unfortunately the gyoza was overdone and slightly dry.
