O'Donnell's Bakehouse — Restaurant in Wilsonton

Didn’t even step inside the bakery and two employees eyed me down as if they were keeping an eye on me (I don’t shop at that bakery… ever) but my partner wanted some bread rolls and bought a sausage roll. so it was really uncomfortable when they wouldn’t stop staring at me, not a glance stare, they both stopped what they were doing just to pin their eyes onto me. It was very intimidating and I felt shamed and embarrassed even though I know I didn’t do anything wrong, I didn’t know what to do I just stayed still and looked down in embarrassment. I should have said something because no customer or human being deserves to be targeted like so. Even though it was a small instance, it made me quite upset and agitated throughout the rest of my day. Whoever they thought I was, i am not. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking maybe they think I look like someone who caused an incident in the past, but I’m not that person and I shouldn’t be treated as if I am. And though I wasn’t the one shopping I still felt unsafe and they should look more into training on how to treat customers. Hey I just had a red head girl be rude to me after me thinking I was skipped in a line because the people who took there coffee lined up behind me so I thought someone must if missed me... it was met with a harsh attitude and so I asked for my money back because my break is now over and she was rude rolling her eyes about cash or card I didn't mind I just needed to get off my break.... for someone who works in this centre that was just rude. Great selection of baked goods, staples and sandwiches. Lovely coffee served by friendly staff. I unfortunately spilt my coffee (carrying too many things). The ladies didn't hesitate in helping me clean up and replaced my coffee free of charge. Even though this wasn't expected, in this time where every dollar counts, I appreciate their generosity.
