The rating system is inadequate, 1 star would indicate I was pleased with a minimum of 20% of the service provided, but, I digress. As you can probably tell I was, and still am, inundated by the burden of the traumatic experiences that took place just last Saturday night. How did it all start? I hear you ask, while you clutch the border of your mouse. I can sense you are now hesitant to order from here. This is a completely natural feeling as human evolution has allowed only the most curious and quick-witted of us defend down the patrilineal family line. Nonetheless, let us continue on our brutal, yet honest, tirade against against poor customer service. My fiancé and I ordered two pizzas of which were both wrong. Upon notifying the manager of this crime against humanity, we were ushered onto the delivery boy to reconcile these hideous affairs. He messaged us, and boy did he cause a scene. He abused us to the point of me being left in a puddle of tears while my fiancé scraped what was left of our vegan bruschetta off our faux (cruelty free) tiger rug. The night was ruined, that was for sure, but we weren't going down without a fight. Walking into Crust Pizza Thirroul was a fantastic experience from the very start. I was greeted by Amanda, who made me feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. She didn’t just take my order—she listened carefully and created a custom version of the Pesto Chicken Club just the way I wanted it. The result was incredible, and I was grateful for the effort she put in to make sure it was exactly right.

I also had the privilege of meeting the owner, Vishel. What a true gentleman. He treated me like a friend from the moment we spoke, even sitting down with me while I ate. We ended up talking for an hour, and his kindness and hospitality are something I’ll never forget.

The staff as a whole create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and valued. This was my first time trying Crust, and I was impressed by both the food and the people behind it. I’ll definitely be making the trip from the Southern Highlands whenever I get the chance.

Thank you again, Amanda and Vishel—you both made my visit something very special.

I purchased 3 pizzas to pick up Arrived at the shop when they said the pizza will be ready but I was told it wasn’t ready and to come back 10mins later ( happens every time ) I noticed it had not been made then either and the docket was still clipped up When I returned To their credit it was ready However the vegan pizza I ordered was not what I ordered . I took the pizza back and asked is they can deliver the correct one . They said they would however they said it would be 15mins but it took about 75mins

When it arrived it still didn’t look like the pizza I ordered . It was missing the vegan feta and had other sauce over it. Also it had basil that was not meant to be on it . I was going to call them again but it was 8:40 and I didn’t want to wait another 1hr so I just excepted the fact they have been terrible. I understand people make mistakes but 2 times in row! Well that made me want to write this review I have my own business and understand mistakes happen .
