Pinocchio's Pizza Dapto — Restaurant in Wollongong City Council

Did an order last night at your dapto store. After I got the order confirmation I realised that i sent my order to the albion park store - my bad. I straight away rang the albion park store and explained what i did and Emily on the phone was great in helping me with my issue and she redirected my order to dapto for me. I then get to dapto and explain my situation to the girl on the counter and she found my order no worries. I paid for it and she said won't be long. About 2 mins later I hear a guy raising his voice at this girl about an order from albion park, assuming this was my order I stepped a little closer to her to see if u could help sort out any confusion I listen a bit more and this guy - who I assume was some sort of manager - is now yelling at this young girl saying that it has nothing to do with albion park. I decided to step in to her defense and try and explain the situation to him so he would leave her alone and I get 2 words out of my month and then I get yelled at with his hand put up to my face and he said in a very nasty tone - I'm not talking to you mate, just go away!

I have never been spoken to the way he spoke to me last night. I have been a store manager and HR representative for many companies for the last 6 years and I will be going back to that store in the next few days and letting that girl know of her options in terms of workplace harassment. So I would suggest that who ever reads this passes on the message to this so called manager and make him realise that his actions have cost your company money not only from me but from everyone that I know, it will be on google reviews and Facebook. This "manager" needs to so respect so his team members...

I recently ordered from Pinocchio's Pizza and was absolutely blown away by the quality and flavor of their pizzas! I tried both the classic cheese pizza and the Pinocchio Special, and they were hands down the best pizzas I have ever eaten.The cheese pizza was a perfect balance of gooey, melted cheese and a delicious, crispy crust. Each bite was a delightful mix of rich, savory cheese and the perfect hint of tangy tomato sauce. It was a classic done to perfection.The Pinocchio Special, though, was the real star of the show. Topped with a generous array of fresh and flavorful ingredients, it was a taste sensation like no other. The toppings were perfectly balanced, making each bite a burst of wonderful flavors. The crust was perfectly baked, providing a satisfying crunch without being too hard or chewy.The staff at Pinocchio's were friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you're a pizza lover, do yourself a favor and try Pinocchio's Pizza. It's a culinary delight that will leave you craving more. Five stars...

Truly excellent gourmet pizzas. You will be paying more than you would at dominos or pizza hut and you will be getting so much more value, flavour and quality than dominos or pizza hut. Julio' s pizza is the closest competitor but still falls quite short of Pinocchio's. A family size pizza will feed 2 people and possibly leave leftovers, very well made and they do not skimp on the toppings.

Please for your sake, if your looking for one one the best pizza places in the illawarra then try pinocchio's. They are take away only but are superior to eat in restaraunt pizzas I've tried.

Oh and they have loyalty cards to get a free dessert after 5 pizzas and a free pizza and garlic bread after 10 pizzas. Admittedly I always forgot to bring my card to get stamped but that's my...
