The service has gone down hill the past few years. We used to love getting our birthday cakes from here but the past few experiences has not been great at all.

Called today to order a cake for tomorrow, just a simple cake no special requirements and flat out wouldn't do it or offer an alternative. Short, sharp and rude service on the phone today.
