Worst service I have ever experienced.. ordered over the phone and was given a 10 minute wait time arrive 15 minutes later and three milkshakes hadn’t been made, was given another 10 minutes as I came back they still had not been made 35 minutes later I was still waiting for 3 thick shakes to be made.. I told the staff to not worry about it then none of them knew how to refund me.. once they finally found the intellectual ability and intelligence to make 3 simple thick shakes I asked for my food that was kept in the warmer and a bag for the food. The staff wandered around looking at each other like as if I had asked them to rob a bank..I said not to worry about a bag then just give me the food, somehow it had been lost in there brain cells that I asked for my food to be kept in the warmer untill the shakes were ready and thought I wanted the shakes in a bag 😵‍💫useless & absolutely terrible service.. this place needs to hire staff who know how to manage hospitality or it needs to be shut down.. if I could give less than 0 stars I would.. not to mention food was disgusting and churros didn’t even have cinnamon...

Had two wait over an hour for an order that I ordered online and it said it was ready in store, only to arrive and have to wait. I constantly had to go to the counter and ask if it was ready, which the 3 times I asked they said it was either about to me made or in the process of being made the fourth time I was informed that there was apparently and error and they hadn't even started or where close to start to make it... Finally after being made they handed me a garlic bread that sat in the heater the whole time, that was almost cold due to the fact the had the hotbox open on both side for heat to escape..

For a new business they need to expect more traffic, especially a Domino's. Under prepared, dirty work benches full of food, my pizza was lacking... And missing a couple of things... Staff seems undertrained, and seems like the manager isn't doing a very good job at all with...

Having not ordered from Dominoes for more than a year, I was hoping things had improved! After my last review, I was given a redeemable voucher, so we decided to do so today. On previous occasions, the pizzas were undercooked, stodgy and with minimal toppings.

NOTHING HAS CHANGED PEOPLE!

We redeemed the voucher today, which was rejected unless you spent more than $21.95 for delivery 🙄

We ordered different pizzas and hoped for the best. The delivery was certainly prompt and we looked forward to enjoying our meal! Same story guys! Pizzas were not cooked through, the garlic bread went in the bin and as for the famed "garlic cheese crust"? Same deal, stodgy and uncooked. Dominoes, please do NOT send us another voucher, we simply won't be back! 😔
