Domino's Pizza Woy Woy — Restaurant in Woy Woy

One star for extremely rude staff. Today at 1:15pm I was waiting for my order. As the heat was atrocious (40 degrees) outside and there were literally no one inside the store, i went it and stood at a corner far away from the counter, wearing a mask. A staff lady came out and asked me to wait outside as my order was not ready. I requested her that the heat outside is ruthless but she did not even let me finish and screamed at me "Sorry, rules are rules". I left. I understand rules are rules but there is something called human compassion. Mind it, there were other customers waiting inside the store for picking up their order when I was placing my order (i asked the lady if she was waiting to order but she said she was waiting for pickup). 9 June 2017 Worst experience ever Ordered 1 pizza and 1 garlic bread at 6.23pm by phone and told would be ready in 20mins. Arrived at 6.35 at shop. computer screen said 8 mins till ready At 6.45 the computer screen said ready Peoples orders that was behind mine, was starting to be called out At 6.50, I asked the girl behind the desk about my order. She told me it was still in the oven At 7.00pm, again peoples orders that was behind mine, was being called out I was also standing next to a family who's order sat on top of the shelves for 15 minutes without calling the names out until the guy yelled at the girl At 7.10pm, I asked the girl behind the desk again about my order. She told me again it was still in the oven. By this time my name had disappeared off the screen

The person who is responsible for the business, should take a good look at themselves, as the shop has piss poor...

My least favourite Domino’s pizza outlet... and disappointingly my local.. whilst their normal “Domino’s deals” are quite competitive, their pizza does not stand up to the very basic of basic pizza challenges. Typically lacking in toppings and very short in basic ingredients I find their pizzas rather uninteresting. I’ve ordered identical pizzas from other Domino’s pizza outlets and been very satisfied with their product. One of which was Coffs Harbour. If Domino’s pizza Woy Woy could come close to the quality and value I enjoyed at Coffs Harbour I’d happily offer 5 stars. Fortunately for my family and I, a great pizza store has opened just around the corner which is what I happily choose when pizza is on my mind.
