Mai mee Puk.It's a toss up.The chilli basil chicken was great spicey and authentic but the vegetable laksa with added wontons was the worst laksa I've ever tried.Sickly sweet and full of hokkien needles with 1 solitary tiny piece of bok choy in it the size of a thumbnail. My wife asked where are the vegetables and she said " underneath" underneath what, the counter or the stove? Certainly not under the mountain of hokkien noodles. The wontons were pork and rubbery as squash balls. The soup was completely inedible.

Delightful little Thai place, with really fresh authentic Thai food. I’ve been there many times already and have tried most of the menu. Can’t recommend enough the pad Thai, hokkien noddles, Penang curry and fried rice. Located in a small shopping centre With lots of free parking, this place also holds a Coles, Woolies, butcher shop, bakery, remedial massage, nail shop, discount store, sushi take away, pizza shop and a few more options. There’s a post office across from it as well.

Thai food is meant to be flavourful and fragrant. Not the case here. The Thai fried rice has no flavour and is extremely wet no corriander one piece of broccoli , Pad Thai is bland can’t taste anything but tamarind. I grew up in Cabramatta and have eaten Thai, Vietnamese food all my life. I have never had such bland Thai food. The portion sizes are also questionable. Very small serves for $20 a dish

Had my very 1st meal tonite ( take-a-way) from this restaurant after waiting from their initial opening to give it a go. Had the veg home made spring rolls (4) which were quite nice. I had the main of Hokkien Noodle Pad Kee Mao Beef & I have to be honest, it was a shocker. Apart from 4 small pieces of mushroom with 3 large slices of capsicum, I found a quantity of beef pieces with the balance of the meal being a generous amount of large noodles. Well, let me tell you that if I substituted my old leather soles (heated) with the supplied beef, then I mite have enjoyed my meal. The beef was obviously either over cooked or it was a left over from the previous days. I gave up trying to eat the beef & ate as much of the noodles as I could as the sauce was nice. I won’t give up on this restaurant yet, as I will give it another go but with a very obvious diff meal. I really hope that they...

I've been meaning to try Tycoon Thai at Wyong for a while - to see if they can match the great food at Siam Terrace Restaurant. Today I got my chance and I won't be going back. I ordered Tempura prawns - I got CRUMBED prawns NOT TEMPURA!!! The portion of sauce was stingy and tasted horrible. Tofu with peanut sauce - it looks like a few old sticks thrown into a container and it tastes bland and dry. I haven't tried the soup yet but I don't hold out much hope of it being any good. There's no love in this food whatsoever. I can't rate the atmosphere as it was a...

Nice people who work there, however when I asked for cashews to be added to my order, they charged me for cashews and did not put on order. When I went to the store the Caucasian lady told me she couldn’t replace the meal. For that reason I’m now going to Siam Terrace across the road from them, In my opinion they are better than Tycoon Terrace. I also have suggested Siam Terrace to all my colleagues (due to my poor experience of Tycoon Express) and they now order lunch there. Tycoon Express is lost quite a bit of business due to how...
