Good Days — Restaurant in Yamba

Oh my goodness! I never review things. But after visiting Good Days Cafe today I just had to! Passing through Yamba on my now husbands and my honeymoon we were walking through looking at the shops and I stopped at Good Days to just have a generic smoothie. Little did I know how life changing it was going to be! Wow! I ordered the salted caramel healthy smoothie and it was the best smoothie Ive ever had in my life! To say it was amazing was an understatement. It was so good in fact that I went back to Good Days a few hours later and ordered the Summer Smoothie Bowl to try and with very high expectations, I still was not disappointed in the slightest! Absolutely delicious! And that is just the drinks and food! The staff are equally as incredible while I was there, their were three of the most beautiful, wonderful and accomodating women working there that just have the most wonderful and welcoming nature! In fact I ducked into another shop quickly while my smoothie bowl was being made and when I walked back in I overheard the staff actually discussing that they hoped my smoothie bowl is the best thing I've ever tasted! How incredible is that! The staff here are so passionate about supporting local business as well as utilising the wonderful local produce where possible and showcasing it in the best possible way! Thankyou so much Good Days! You've somehow made a smoothie a true highlight of our trip! Sorry about the long rant, to summarise, Drinks -AMAZING, Food -AMAZING and Staff- AMAZING...

I had the pleasure of visiting Good Days at Yamba, a charming coffee, Juices & Smoothies shop that left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere immediately set the stage for a delightful experience and yet they were closing up for the day but they stayed open for us. The service at Good Days was exceptional, with a team of friendly and attentive story telling staff that went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The girls working there were not only knowledgeable about the menu but also displayed a genuine warmth that made the visit all the more enjoyable. Their friendly demeanor created a welcoming environment, making me feel right at home and loved it. One unexpected find during my visit was a selection of unique products. Among them, I ended up purchasing coconut sugar. It was a pleasant surprise to discover such a gem while enjoying my time at the shop. Thank you so much. I left with a satisfied palate, a bag of coconut sugar, and a desire to return soon with my little man next time for another...

I ordered a large Pippi juice ($11 on the menu) but was charged $12. I assumed prices had gone up, so I didn’t question it. When my order arrived, it was a smoothie. I politely said I’d ordered the Pippi juice, and the staff member questioned me multiple times if I was sure. The girl who took my order admitted she misheard me, thinking I said “cookie,” and apologised. However, the older staff member seemed annoyed and gave me a sour look, and no one mentioned the overcharge or offered the $1 difference back. It’s a small amount, but not great business practice.
