Extremely Disappointed - If you could give negative stars, I would.
Iâm really disappointed with my experience here. We arrived at 5:30 PM on a Friday, 4 adults and 1 baby and the staff were unhelpful when it came to table availability. I asked the floor staff if certain items were available on the menu, including the Sunday platter (I wasnât sure if thereâd be enough meat to make one). I was told yes, just to order at the counter.
However, when I went to place the order, I was met with a rude response: "I donât know how clearer to make it, it states Sunday!!" It felt completely unnecessary, especially since I was only asking for clarification. When I asked about the ribs, I was told they were sold out, and then told theyâd be closing in 30 minutes (at 6 PM), which seemed strange for a Friday.
The counter staff were extremely rude, making me feel stupid and speaking down to me. There was also no communication between the staff members, and it was obvious they were inexperienced. If the menu items are sold out, itâs important for staff to be informed and communicate that clearlyânot to be rude about it.
We ended up walking out, and honestly, I would recommend the restaurant take a long look at their staff training and customer service. It was a frustrating and disappointing visit.
Thank you for your response. While I understand that you're still in the early stages of opening, 5:30 PM is still early for dinner service, and it shouldnât result in an experience like the one I had. The rudeness I encountered and the lack of staff training are issues that go beyond just running out of certain items. Clear communication and respectful customer service should be a priority from the start, regardless of when the BBQ runs out.
It would also be helpful if you could advise patrons upon arrival what menu items have already sold out, to avoid disappointment later on. I hope you can address these concerns so future customers donât have the...

I came into Sethros BBQ tonight, let me tell you if you are looking for a restaurant that offers 10/10 meals 10/10 service and 10/10 comfortableness come in and experience all of that at Sethros.
The meals were absolutely magnificent, the brisket melts in your mouth with a tender taste. Personally I definitely recommend getting the brisket, hours spent cooking in the smoker 100% worth the final product. Definitely getting the brisket again !
The sides are definitely worth it too they add a perfect side dish to your main meal with a cheesy goodness from the mac N cheese and the new pork belly bits that melt in your mouth I have absolutely no regret buying them tonight.
I was greeted tonight by the wonderful staff there, by far the best service I have had and experienced. As I walked in all the staff had a smile on there face and they are all so generous and kind, offering if I needed anything at all they would be right there, even being so busy they always made time for me and other customers as i noticed. They were making sure everything and everyone including myself was enjoying their meal and was okay. I felt so cared for and loved tonight.
Even though it was a busy Saturday night tonight, I still received my meals on time fresh and warm, I came in hungry but left with a full stomach definitely worth it. Lastly the staff still made me feel welcomed and cared for, made me very happy.
Thank you so much Sethros for tonight, I will definitely be back and spreading the good experience I had and the good word I have heard.
I recommend Sethros Texan BBQ, go and enjoy the wonderful...
Read moreIf youâre hunting for bold, smoky flavors and that deep, soulful magic Texas BBQ is famous for⌠keep driving. This place promised a smoke show but delivered a soggy dress rehearsal.
We waited a full 50 minutes for our food â enough time to smoke a brisket ourselves â only to have our order messed up. From there, we were basically ghosted. No follow-up, no napkins (unless you count the scavenger hunt I had to embark on), and no sense of hospitality. If you like your service âhands-off and slightly confused,â youâre in for a treat.
Now, the food: the brisket was as bland as unsweetened oatmeal and just as watery. No bark, no smoke ring, no soul. The sauces? Thin, tired, and somehow made everything taste even more forgettable. It was like BBQ from someone who once read about flavor in a book but decided to skip that chapter.
And for all that mediocrity, we paid a premium. High prices, low payoff â itâs the culinary equivalent of a bad date you still end up splitting the check with.
Texas BBQ should be a celebration of fire, patience, and passion. Sadly, this place felt more like a sad microwave dinner with a side of regret.
Verdict: Skip it. Your taste buds (and wallet)...
