Popped in for a coffee this afternoon and was unimpressed. There were quite a few people in the store and a young girl was doing her best to serve them all. The manager was in there, ignoring the customers and re-arranging the display shelves while everyone was waiting. There were two tills and having both of them serving would have got through the queue much more efficiently. We put our order in for 2 coffees, but the staff continued to serve all the others who were making bakery purchases before making our drinks. Yummy breakfast choices. Enjoyed the donuts and loved their take on a sausage roll (though picky kids beware there are big chunks of onions that my 8yo discovered halfway through and so would not finish, which meant more for me!). Had pies here in Feb 2023, which were on par with the best pies we've enjoyed around Oz. Had two each yesterday and one each today, Apr 2025. Pepper steak, curry, and plain.
