Ok so my family and I come here the whole night was stuff garlic bread come out cold my mother's food come out wrong 3 different times the 3rd time she ate it she couldn't be stuffed taking it back again and then the dessert that was a stuff aswell I had to go to the desk and ask for them after the workers said they would keep and eye on how our meals are going so when we were done with the mains they would bring them out but no that never happened and when we got them only my mothers and mine come out my father and partner didn't get there's we waited 20 or so for there's to come out which is bloody ridiculous when they should have come out together do we went to get our refund . This shouldn't happen im not impressed we come out for valentines day I don't think I'll be coming back here this is not the first time they have stuff up on my family's dinner since the got new owners...
Read moreThe ambience of the club is very good. I'm from South Australia and I've been to the club many times and have always enjoyed the experience. This time however I was very disappointed with the food. It was a busy night but to have to wait in excess of 1.5 hours for our meals is unacceptable for a club of this size in a city of this size. When the meals finally arrived, after several prompts to the staff, the meals were significantly lower quality than meals I've had here in the past. I doubt I will eat here again unless there is a significant improvement. Whilst the food and time taken for the meals was unacceptable, I want to commend the waiting staff for their professionalism. Read moreI called the club twice in three days to inquire about the weekly poker comp I'd previously heard about. The first call the young guy that answered in the late afternoon wasn't familiar with the specifics and said he'd take my details and have someone get back to me. Expecting that not to happen I insisted he ask other staff who may be familiar with their event scheduling, so he did with no luck took my details and I received no call back after a day. I followed up again the following day and was then told in the early afternoon yes registration is at 6 for a 6:30 start. So I turn up at 6:05 to be told oh no they are on break for 2 weeks.
