Chow King — Restaurant in Young

Food is a little bit on the sweet side but I really loved it. The soups were slightly salty because I have personally reduced my salt intake so I am not used to salty food. We had short soup, chicken egg drop soup, special fried rice, combination chow mein, combination deluxe, salt and pepper squid. The servings were good for four and we even had leftovers. For drinks, we had lemon lime and bitters made from scratch. The staff were really nice, very attentive and, after dinner, even suggested we check out the Lambing Flat Chinese Tribute Garden. Don't eat here. I risked it and found steel wool in my food TWICE! The first time could have been an accident, but 2 out of 3 is really bad. They refused to give me my money back. Filthy thieves. I have since found out from an ex staff member that the new owners are filthy and they're not surprised that the food was contaminated. So close to swallowing steel wool twice. I often drive past in my truck. Tonight I thought I would give them a try. I was not disappointed. Satay beef was very nice with a nice thick sauce through it. The fried rice was also very nice and complimented the Satay beef well. A fortune cookie topped it off nicely.
