Authentic italian food in Bad Hofgastein. The owners and chef are friendly. My mother-in-law who's somewhat picky ordered shrimps with vegetables. And she was satisfied! My kids loved the chicken nuggets. I ordered carbonara. Wir waren dort zum Abendessen. Wir haben dort Zwei Gerichte bestellt. Einmal Carbonara und einmal habe ich nach einer normalen Aglio e olio gefragt, da nur eine Mit Gambas auf der Karte war. Das war auch möglich. Es kam leider ein viel zu Scharfes Gericht an, welches ich nicht genießen konnte. Die Bewirtung sind mehrfach am Tisch vorbeigelaufen und haben gesehen, das ein Teller nicht gegessen wird. Erst nachdem das Andere Gericht leer war und weitere 15min vergangen sind, wurde der Teller abgeräumt. Da wurde gefragt ob es geschmeckt hat und ich erwähnte das es leider viel zu scharf war. Die Wirtin sagte mir aglio e olio e peperoncino seien immer Scharf. Da ich normale aglio e olio bestellt habe, fand ich die Aussage etwas seltsam. Sie bot mir an neue Nudeln zu machen, da jedoch das gemeinsame Abendessen seit 15min beendet war und ich nicht weitere 20min warten wollte, hatte sich das Erledigt. Die Carbonara waren sehr gut.
