We booked a table through their website three days before arriving in Baden. They confirmed the reservation via e-mail. On the day and time when a reserved table was supposed to be waiting for us in the restaurant, upon arrival we realized that the terrace with tables was full. We were not worried as we were supposed to have a reserved table waiting for us. The staff were visibly confused when we arrived and asked for reserved table, we were led to an empty, unprepared table with no sign that it was reserved and no chairs by the table. When we refused this table, we were taken to another unprepared table, without a sign that it was reserved, which was right next to the toilet entrance, with two different chairs. We also declined this table and left the restaurant hungry and disappointed. It was bound to be that they ignored our reservation or maybe forgot. As a custumer, we don't care, but this is not acceptable for us or any other custumers. They didn't seem to care that they were wrong and didn't book a table, they didn't even apologize for it. Very close to the park, the summer theatre and the casino. There’s a beautiful guest garden with lots of shade. The food was outstanding! We shared a big appetizer platter. It was a massive amount of food, and everything was cooked to perfection and served piping hot even though they were very busy.
