I wanted to eat something with my child and enjoy some minutes there together. We went to the pizza desk, J had a quick look at the menu offer and decided to take 2 small pizza menus (pizza plus coke). I greeted the employee working there: 'Hallo, we would like to have two small menus' while I was saying this, she asked rudely without saying Hallo and unfriendly: which one??? I watched 5 seconds around, my child decided to take one with ham and I took one with tuna. I kept talking friendly always with 'danke', 'bitte' and a friendly way while she never answered. She said the price, I gave her €10 with 'bitte', no answer, she puts the money in the cashier and holds the pizza. No eye contact, no friendliness, you feel very uncomfortable with such rude manners. I asked her kindly if I can please have my invoice ('Kann ich bitte den Beleg haben?') and this disturbed her again and she typed the price and the invoice came, she gave it to me again without friendliness, as I really asked for something unnecessary (but I needed it). We take our pizzas to have our seat, she turned her back and while we said 'thank you, bye' we received no reply. I repeated it again and again to check if she did not hear or if it is in purpose. After the 4th time she turned herself and instead of saying bye too, she says rudely again: 'You can go, there is nothing more to be taken'. I said 'yes, I know, but I would like to know why you don't answer to our Hallo, thanks, welcome and byes. Is there something wrong? Again, without explaining or excusing herself with a smile what would have solved the situation, she just did not talk. I went to the director and told him this (a colleague of her told me that I can talk with him, he was standing there), and he, instead of listening to me he just did not believe me and said: 'it is our work, we are always friendly'. In that very moment I understood that there is no chance to expect other positive things here. We sit down, we ate quickly. It was extremely uncomfortable I also work as seller and I always make my best. There can be negative days but it is a matter of respect to yourself, to your own performance and manner to succeed to be kind and use the polite words. This should be the ABC of working with...
Read moreI recently had an experience with your customer service that left me absolutely appalled. The woman with black hair who assisted me was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Her attitude was unprofessional, and she made no effort to address my concerns or provide any helpful assistance. It’s disappointing to encounter such poor treatment, especially when you expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism from a business. The service is bad, we had to go and ask for the waiter to come many times. He also brought us sthg we didn't order. Anyway, We had a check of a few hundred Euros, and this place has the audacity to charge 1,90(!!!) for one glass of tap water!!
