Sorry to give one star, because the evening started out well with a nice view and delicious appetizers (for some of us at the table).

Booked a table for 8, they had no idea where to put us when we arrived. Than we had to wait an hour and a half (with little children) for anything other than drinks to arrive, which was again, main course for some a salad for others, the first course for the others never arrived. One person at the table received nothing but drinks after 2 hours of waiting. We ordered both sushi and schnitzel, the food that arrived was absolutely delicious ( 5 starts for the chefs) and the atmosphere and the view are lovely.

The main problem was the way the management handled the situation, telling us it will be done in a minute when it took another half an hour, and saying we actually received the mains all at the same time when we just did not.

One stuff member offered us free drinks to make up for the mess, than they put it on the bill anyway at the end, had to argue another 15minutes on leaving. We left hungry, angry and disappointed, what a lovely birthday celebration.

Ich war am Samstag dem 22.1.2017 um 17.00 dort. Gleich zu Beginn mussten wir 5min warten bis sich der Kellner beim Eingang endlich umdrehte und uns sagte wo unser Tisch ist. Trotz mehrfachen "Entschuldigung...!" ließ er uns warten und wir standen zu Dritt herum. Wir machten uns dann selber auf die Suche nach unserem Tisch und ein andere Kellner half uns weiter. Das erste was wir gesagt bekamen ist, dass es fast nichts mehr zu essen gab. Vier oder fünf Gerichte waren nicht mehr verfügbar. Wohlgemerkt an einem Samstag Nachmittag. Vegetarisches gab es gar nichts mehr, was einer unserer Gruppe ein Problem bereitete. Wir versuchten dann für eine andere Person aus der Gruppe (die kürzlich einen schweren Herzinfarkt hatte)etwas zusammenstellen, was an der Flexibilität der Küche scheiterte. Es gab zum Beispiel Hünerstreifensalat, aber es war nicht möglich ein gebratenes Huhn zu bekommen. Nur Backhendl. Und noch ein paar ähnliche unverständliche Dinge gingen einfach nicht. Ich aß als Vorspeise eine Knoblauchcremesuppe und ich muss sagen, das war die erste solche Suppe in meinem Leben die mir nicht geschmeckt hat. Total überwürzt und zudem wässrig statt cremig,. Aber gut, ich war noch positiv gestimmt. Der gemischte Salat war geschmacklos und das Gulasch als Hauptspeise war so etwas von versalzen, sowas hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Auch andere Speisen waren zu viel gesalzen an unserem Tisch und es waren ohne Ausnahme alle enttäuscht. Das Backhendl war geschmackslos und wässrig (nicht saftig) und selbst die Nachspeise, ein Topfenstrudel mit Vanillesauce war fad - wie als Tiefkühhlware vom Spar gekauft und aufgetaut.

Leider muss ich als Fazit sagen, dass ich selten so schlecht gegessen habe. Ich werde mit Sicherheit nicht mehr dorthin gehen. Der Kellner hat nicht mal gefragt ob es geschmeckt hat und auf unsere Nachfragen warum es um 17.00 die halben Sachen nicht mehr gäbe, meinte er: "Wir stellen die Karte um, da müssen die Sachen...

We made a reservation and arrived on time. We were given a choice of tables and quickly ordered drinks and food. Drinks arrived quickly, but the food took 55 minutes. My Gordon Blue was thin, barely had any ham or cheese in it and was dry. My mother's ribs were very dry. My nephew's Asparagus and Prosciutto meal had a few spears of asparagus and almost no ham.
