GelatOK! — Restaurant in Hallein

GelatoNOTok. We were there on a weekday afternoon. Not too many guests, we found a table away from the sun, but full of glasses and bowls. Waited, waited, waited, but only tables which were without guests would be cleaned. I signalled that we would like to order. The lady finally saw me and nodded. Then she took the orders from two newly arrived groups and then at long last came to us. It was like 12-15 minutes with a lot of empty tables around. I told her we would like to order, but till this time no one came to clean our table, only the ones without anyone would be cleaned.She, quite offensive, said that her coworker comes and she will do it in due time. The ice is outstanding! There is a very wide selection and everything is good.

The service is not so good. People had to wait very long for service. We. Waited long to order. There were five people in our group. The order was delivered in three batches. There were two mistakes out of the five orders. When we wanted to pay, we eventually had to go inside to look for someone to take the money.

They did not have enough staff for the amount of guests. I really hope that this was...

Zufällig diese Eisdiele am Sonntag Nachmittag bei einem Stadtbummel durch Hallein gefunden. Es waren sogar noch Plätze frei Sonne oder Schatten. Auf dem Tisch 3 Karten mit dem Angebot. Es gibt nicht nur Eis, Kaffee sondern auch Gebäck, warme Waffeln, Apfelstrudel. Die Karten im alt herkömmlichen Stil grell bunt mit jedem Eisbecher abgebildet. Die Kartenseiten klebrig aneinander. Tische, Stühle draußen mit Schirmen überspannt. Nichts auffälliges oder besonderes. Die Bedienung war schnell da, genau wie die Bestellung. 3 Teile: 1x Kaffee, 2x Eisbecher - alles kam einzeln, nacheinander. Die Eisbecher groß und voll. Beim Amarena deutlich weniger Kirschen drin als auf dem Bild. Das Eis leider wässrig. Also cremig oder sahnig war am Eis nichts. Auch kleine Stückchen waren drin, eins sogar fast 1 cm. Man hat wohl altes mit neuem Eis zusammengerührt? Lecker ist anders. Den anderen Eisbecher habe ich nicht gegessen/probiert, darum dazu keine Beurteilung Bezahlung ging auch schnell. Wir haben mit Karte bezahlt. Service insgesamt schnell, aber sicher nicht persönlich. Doch würde ich es auch nicht unfreundlich bewerten. Ringsum einige Bänke, Brunnen viele Radler. Genug Platz zum abstellen der Räder. Ein schöner Platz an dem der Eisladen ist. Mit Auto würde ich nicht empfehlen. Leider das...
