YUN — Restaurant in Innsbruck

Horrible. The delivery guy from their restaurant was incompetent due to the language barrier. He was at the wrong house, called me and just put the food in the cold in front of the door. I went down but I found no food. Then I called the restaurant but they said that I was not reacting to the door bell or phone calls...yeah...the driver called so we had a phone call. I didn't like that the restaurant said that it was my fault. The discussion went so far that I got badly offended. After that I went down again. Checked the other houses and found the food. A little bit cold by now. The soup was slightly spilled and kinda just hot water with vegetables. The vegetables were good though. The duck was bad. Just bad. The vegetables were mostly onions. So a lot of trouble because the driver was at the wrong house. Long waiting time. Cold food....

Me and my wife ate at the restaurant. We had the Abendbuffet. Traditional food, great taste. Food was made almost exclusively for us. The restaurant was very empty, but we wanted to give it a try and try to colaborate with a more local kind of restaurant instead of going to the big ones. And we didn't regret. The opposite. All you can eat Buffet bezahlt f 2 Personen: das Buffet war leer, Reste v Mittagsbuffet wurden uns zum Grillen angeboten, allerdings waren Reste v Reste vorhanden, 1 Stück abgestandenes Huhn, 2 übrige Muscheln..etc. reine Katastrophe, uns wurde nur die Möglichkeit gegeben Sushi von der Karte zu bestellen, Reis Reste v Mittag waren nicht genießbar, Kritik dass das alles Reste v Mittag seien, wurde eiskalt bejaht, eine kleine Entschuldigung brachte Kellnerin noch heraus….Salatbuffet gab es nicht…. Dessert wurden auch Reste aufgetischt, abgestanden,…. Eisreste wurden unappetitlich zur Schau gelegt….wir haben uns geekelt…dafür voller Preis 17,90 Euro pro kassiert….auf Rechnung stand Buffet….zum Schluss gab es noch eins drauf, als im leeren Lokal der Koch kam und paar übrig gebliebene rohe Garnelen mit der bloßen Hand v angeblichen Buffet Teller nahm und in die Küche beförderte….der Mittagsreis wurde f telefonische Bestellungen in Plastikbecher verpackt….unglaublich….nie wieder….Bitte meidet d Restaurant!...
