Exceeded all expectations! The interior is very cozy, everything's very clean, the utensils are stylish. We didn't make a reservation in advance (even though we should have: the place is popular, and for a good reason), but the administrator was kind enough to find a great table for two of us. The food is just delicious: we tried rolls, curries, jasmine tea and Japanese beer. Everything was brought fast and was absolutely delicious. The main thing I want to highlight is service. The waitresses are very kind, helpful and friendly - even to one another - which creates an unforgettable experience. But the best part was when we finished the dinner and were smoking outside. One of the waitresses (who didn't even serve us) happened to be outside, too. We started a conversation with her to say how much we liked the place. She was very friendly to us, invited to visit Mr. Lei once again, brought us a card with contact information and explained all reservation and takeaway options. I was impressed with how much she loves the place she works for, how inspired she was to talk about it and advertise it. The fact that regular employees are ambassadors of the place says a lot to me. Keep up the great work and thank you for...

We asked for tap water and they said we had to order a bottle of it, being that water here in Austria is one of the best in the world, and everywhere we've been we have drank tap water. So we ordered a bottle. Then we wanted soy sauce with lemon ( ponzu) which is very common in our part of the world. They didn't have. So we ordered lemon, and this is the bad part. They said they couldn't bring us lemon, because they had to charge it and didn't know how. We said to give it for free, and they said they had to charge it. So they brought us 3 really small slices of lemon ( those used for decorating beverages) and were charged 2 euros. This really enraged us, being that we paid around 50 euros of food for each of us. They were rude, really rude, since we expected not to be charged for a decoration, not a whole lemon, as...
