Overpriced food and shameful service!! Avoid unless you want to be humiliated in front of other customers. We entered as a group of 7 and decided we would each pay for what we had eaten. I won’t mention much about the food quality (abysmal) but my “medium” steak came blue rare :/

At the end of our meal we all paid our bills respectively. Somehow there was a €26 balance that wasn’t paid. We started to recalculate our individual bills and it was all checking out perfectly. During this process our waiter started to get really impatient with us. We insisted over and over that everyone had calculated and paid their bill fully. She then went on to loudly proclaim that they don’t usually split bills and this was why. Eventually the waiter started to get rude with us insisting that we needed to pay and that someone should just give her the money. Think her exact words were “I don’t have to time to stand here waiting, one of you just needs to give me the money”, all this while other customers are looking over at the commotion she’s causing. She went on to keep insisting that someone needs to pay as we tried to figure out where the missing €26 was. Eventually after 10 minutes of us explaining that we had all paid and her humiliating us we decided to pay the €26.

She handed us he receipt and we quickly discovered we had been charged extra for 4 Havana shots. We hadn’t ordered these and it was obvious because of the missing shot glasses and that fact she handled our whole order.

Upon showing her the mistake we were given a pathetic apology and were refunded. She seemed so embarrassed for treating us like idiots. Why should we pay more than necessary in a restaurant that changes €30 for their smallest steak (250g)?

Makes you question do they overcharge everyone and hope you don’t realise or just pay because the waiter is bullying...

THEY OBVIOUSLY HATE ENGLISH SPEAKING CUSTOMERS. If you’re hungry and this is the last place with a table, go ahead and eat. But don’t expect good kind service. We were ignored by our server multiple times, she did not interact with us at all but served the German speaking people next to us like it was her in-laws. After getting our food we just got up and left wanting to pay on our way out. We stopped by the station, where we were told by one lady that it’s our problem, if we don’t like the service, another lady was apologetic but the server interrupted, told us “f..k you” threw us out of the restaurant. At least we didn’t have to pay. But I would have gladly payed 10 times more just to get kind treatment and the dessert my kids wanted.

P.S. since I told them I would leave a review they turned off reviewing for a couple hours. I wonder how many one star reviews are missing because of...

Really disappointing evening The order got lost, meaning it took an hour to get our food. One of the burgers was meant to be well done, it arrived bloody and red. It was sent back and came back slightly more cooked. (Not a new burger, the same one - so all the toppings were ruined by regrilling it) The garlic bread we ordered was forgotten about but they tried to charge us for it.
