I had an excellent stay at Apollo Achtquartier! The location is great , peaceful yet close to everything you might need. The rooms are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect mix of comfort and style.

Am Hotel „Apollo“ und Restaurant „Aussichtsdeck“ gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets aufmerksam – es behält immer alles im Blick. Das Frühstück ist einfach vorzüglich, es fehlt wirklich nichts, was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, ebenso der Frühstücksraum, der mit einer atemberaubenden Atmosphäre besticht. Das Abendessen auf dem Aussichtsdeck war ein absolutes Highlight – kunstvoll angerichtet mit den besten Zutaten. Der Dipl.-Sommelier „Christian“ hat nicht nur bei der Weinempfehlung, sondern auch bei den Spirituosen eine perfekte Auswahl getroffen, die den Genuss noch intensivierte. Seine Leidenschaft für seinen Beruf spürt man ihm ab.

Da wir am Abend fast die letzten Gäste waren, kam der Küchenchef vom Aussichtsdeck, „Mario“, an unseren Tisch und erkundigte sich nach unserer Zufriedenheit. Er wollte wissen, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war, ob es irgendwo Verbesserungspotential gäbe oder etwas zu beanstanden wäre. Wir konnten ihm nur eines sagen: Alles war vorzüglich. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt. In der Küche werden vorzugsweise heimische Produkte aus der Region verarbeitet.

Es gibt wirklich keinerlei Beanstandungen – sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Restaurant war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Das gesamte Ambiente und der Service sind genauso, wie man es sich nur wünschen kann.
