Café Pizzeria Mamma Mia — Restaurant in Ossiach

We stayed at the Guesthaus for 3 days with my family (two adults, two kids - 3 years old and 3 months old). We chose a simple room on the ground floor (the appartments were all higher and there was no elevator, so we preferred that, because of the children...) The room was rather small for 4 people, however it had a lovely terrace, were we could sit with the kids. The bathroom seemed recently renovated, it was really in excellent condition. Covers & towels were all top quality, we loved it. The ground floor area was really beautiful, plus there was a trampolin and other amenities for the kids to play. We asked repeatedly for an extra pillow, but it never came... We did not like the food in the restaurant, however the breakfast was surprisingly good! All fresh, big variety, excellent taste, it was definitely better than all the 4 stars hotels we stayed in our holidays this year! This is enough reason for us to be happy with our stay, I would definitely...

Unfriendly, uncleaned, bad experience.||First the positive. The morning breakfast is really good, and the staff there is friendly and helpful.||But thats about it:||The first night when we arrived we wanted to take a shower… after only a few minutes under the shower the water started to overflow into the bathroom, and then in the room!||The next morning we went immediately to speak with the manager… the first reaction was “I am sure you spent too much time under the water” quickly followed by “you have to clean the shower before using it”.||Its the first time i am asked to clean other’s people hair. The following days wernt better. ||The pizzeria attached to the establishment isnt better either. While the food is good, the waitress ignored us quite a few time (and also people around us) when her shift was finishing in half an hour… all of this to come to you as soon as the kitchen is...
