I recently had the pleasure of visiting CMA - Kulinarik Campus Ossiach, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. As someone who has a fondness for both delectable desserts and refreshing salads, this place truly impressed me.

The variety of desserts they offered was exquisite, ranging from classic favorites to innovative creations. The flavors were rich and satisfying, and the presentation was impeccable. I found myself indulging in a delightful array of treats that left my taste buds dancing with delight.

Nice outdoor area next to the lake with enough shade from the trees for a relaxing atmosphere. Food was very good, fast and with 21€ for a 3 course lunch meal nicely priced. Waren bereits mehrmals zu Gast im allegro und jedesmal war es ein Erlebnis :-) die Lage begeistert natürlich auf den ersten Blick - direkt beim idyllischen Ossiacher See, ein schattiges Plätzchen auf der Terrasse und bei Schlechtwetter ist es auch im Innenbereit schön gemütlich (schlichte, stilvolle Einrichtung mit schönen Details). Das Personal ist stets freundlich und geht auf Wünsche ein. Und das Essen - toll! Unsere Lieblingsspeisen sind der Salat mit gebackenem Schafskäse und das knusprige Backhendl mit unglaublich leckerem Erdäpfelsalat. Aber auch der Klassiker Käsnudel überzeugt uns jedes Mal. Nach dem Essen noch Kaffee und einer der hausgemachten Kuchen und ein bisschen durch den Innenhof der Carinthischen Musikakademie im Stift Ossiach schlendern - herrlich!
