Went with a group of 7 people. Arrived without a reservation, waited less than 5 minutes for a table. Beautiful simple elegance. I had water, but I heard the Bio-juice was very good. We were given bread, a cheese spread and summer sausage before our food. My sister loved the salad dressing. My brother in law loved his veal soup. Soul-Food in Schladming! Österreichische feine Küche trifft das Konzept des Restaurants sehr gut. Gerichte wie die Tafelspitz-Suppe, der Tafelspitz und die Forelle mit Zitronen-Knoblauch-Butter, haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Alle Speisen und Getränke haben eine sehr hohe Qualität, sind fein, natürlich und haben den Charme, wie früher Zuhause gekocht wurde.
