Good slopes from begginers to advanced skiers. Deppending on the difficulty you can take various ways down. There are alsoshops for fixing yiur skies, but at the first level. If you go with a kid there are also ski schools close by and at the first level there is a...

Man fährt mit der Planai Seilbahn, Talstation ist mitten im Ort, auf 1900 meter hinauf. Oben angekommen hat man einen Atemberaubenden Blick auf die Grandiose Bergwelt , Dachstein etc. Dann kann man ober ausruhen, oder den sehr schön angelegten Panorama - Rundwanderweg begehen. Dieser weg ist schon ein Erlebnis, man kann gemütlich ca. 1 Stunde rund um die " Planai " Wandern und dabei die Bergwelt genießen. Auf dem Wanderweg sind viele Geschnitzte Figuren etc. zum Bewundern angebracht. Man kann dann anschließend in der Schladminger Hütte einkehren und eine Brettljause genießen. Dabei kann man sehr schön beobachten wie die Paraglider den Berg hinuntergleiten, dort kann man auch Tandemflüge buchen !! Übrigens ist die Berg und Talfahrt mit der Dachsteincard FREI...

Good ski station with ski rental in the building. Ski-pass for 5 days was €285,- which is not cheap even taking into consideration that you can visit the 4 mountains and some other ski areas.

A great skiing resort but it is not for beginners. I can not stress this enough but if you are a complete beginner in skiing you should probably take one of the other mountains first
