Authentic Italian Gem – A Must-Visit!

We discovered Amalfi by accident on our second evening of our ski vacation, and after that, we couldn’t stay away—we ended up dining there every night until we left. During the day, we enjoyed classic Austrian stube food on the slopes, but in the evening, this restaurant became our go-to for incredible Italian cuisine.

Run by Italians, Amalfi delivers truly delicious, authentic food. Everything we tried—pastas, pizzas, salads—was fantastic. The salads, in particular, were a nice change, served with real olive oil and balsamic vinegar instead of the typical Austrian vinaigrette. Such a simple detail, but it made all the difference!

Beyond the food, the restaurant itself is beautifully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making our experience even better.

As a family of four with two kids, we all loved our meals. Everything was fresh, simple, and full of flavor. It was an absolute pleasure to eat here, and we’re so glad we found it.

SUPER, Excellent... I just have to warmly recommend. We were at dinner with the family, very satisfied. We didn't get in until the next day, because there are always a lot of people there. We were not deterred even by some negative reactions in the reviews. I always give only my experience and my opinion. The staff who work deserve only praise for the number of customers served. Of course, there will be some mistakes, but people should tolerate them, and not play the sheikhs from Baghdad. We keep our fingers crossed for you and many satisfied customers in the future. A lot of mixed feelings about this restaurant.. 1- there is only one waiter and it shows that he’s stressing bc the place is fully booked! despite the place being fully booked he was so welcoming . 2- waiting so long for the food, being seated , taking the order again I definitely don’t blame the waiter but they definitely need some more hands to help . 3-THEY HAVE NO AC if feels like we’re in an oven the heat was unbearable I couldn’t sit the whole time I literally took small walks outside just to get some air . 4-main point ( the food) I think it’s great just not my typical taste or go for so definitely stick to the things you know (:
