Jausenstation Aschinger — Restaurant in Sankt Gilgen

This place is heavenly. Very sweet owners that are so gracious to have this beautiful space and share it with people and families. I don’t think you can get main meals but there’s beer, coffee and we had a meat and vegetable tray with bread. There are so many great toys and bikes for the kids to play with in the sand through the meadow. It’s truly perfect. I almost cried being there and taking it all in. I love that their dogs roam free and keep to themselves. The dogs liked me, an adult, but didn’t always want to be pet it seemed so mind your kids. Tip very well and leave the place better than...

This place is great, if you have Children an absolute must they can play as free as it gets, there are bicycles, push bicycles, cars you have to peddle, Trees to climb, a little chalets you can play in........and some more just great for Families......but there is more weil the kids play the Adults are looking after there well being.....like having Coffee and Cake or Beer and a Bretteljause an Austrian Snack........or a glas of Wine........you can also have Sodas.and all that weil you watching the Coggrail (Schafbergbahn) going up and down the Mountain.......so go and enjoy...

A great place for lunch with beautiful views over Lake Wolfgang. The service was very quick, warm and friendly. The menu had a range of traditional foods including meats and cheeses from local vendors as well as a range of home made cakes/pastries.

There is parking on site if you are visiting by car and even lots of outdoor toys to keep children...
