Went here on a Thursday - early - evening and only a few tables were occupied. Seemed like the staff would rather have been somewhere else than in the testaurant this very evening, but were friendly without smiling...
Food was not good, and reading the other feedback, it seems like we’re talking about different restaurants.
The Garlic soup was very harsh, meaning the garlic had not been cooked long enough to take off the strong raw flavour leaving it soft and well balanced. Way too much cream as well - not good.
The pizza was a disaster. 1) Toppings go on top of the cheese, on Italian pizzas, NOT under. 2) There were so much chilli in the tomato sauce that is was next to unbearable.

He tried to talk to the guy behind the casher asking if he was Italian. The cashier started shouting at us “Italians go away” The experience was horrible! Of course we didn't eat there. It is sad that they are using the name of Verona, a beautiful city, for this place which demonstrated hatred...
