This stall was one of the stops on a food tour. I got to try the goulash, pork, and other foods. The owner went out of his way to welcome us, and he explained what we were eating and how each one was made.
The food was wonderful. While all the food was very tasty, the goulash was excellent. The owner explained that the goulash included three types of paprika and a touch of dark chocolate. While I could not taste the chocolate, it nevertheless added to the flavour.
