Rhulo Cigköfte Ottakring — Restaurant in Vienna

My friend and I popped into Rhulo last night because of the good reviews. The guys behind the counter were both super friendly and patient as we decided what we wanted. My friend had the falafel wrap, I had the sarma wrap, and we shared a crunch roll. I knew the food would be nice but, sweet lord, we were stunned at how amazing it tasted. The wraps were full and really flavoursome, and the crunch roll was out of this world. We had some small pots of dipping sauce which was plenty for us but the guys even said we could just have more if we wanted. I have been vegetarian for about thirty years so I’ve tried a lot of veggie restaurants, and very few stick in my mind in the way that Rhulo will. Came to this restaurant expecting anything, however, I didn't expect to find my new favourite thing ever. Not exaggerating. The blend of tastes is just something else, be it sweet/sour or with a pleasing hint of spice (which is optional). It looks fresh, even fresher than fresh, and tastes exactly how it looks. The Çiğ köfte, which many items on the menu includes, is handmade and honestly is something I have never had before (but will have loads of after this). The staff are very friendly and really pay attention to you, which I can't say for many places. I was really, really, really pleasantly surprised as to how much they take care of you and the attention they pay to make the food as delicious as possible. I visited this restaurant, and I must say it was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The food was incredibly delicious, the portions were generous, and everything was prepared with the utmost care. Considering the price, quality, and portion sizes, this place is undoubtedly a fantastic choice for anyone who wants to enjoy a great meal without compromise.

However, what truly elevates this restaurant to another level is the staff. Honestly, I have never met such kind and attentive people in any restaurant before. Their approach was so warm and genuine that I felt like a welcomed guest rather than just another customer. If everyone were as kind as they are, the world would be a much better place.
