I approached ordering from this place with a bit of apprehension after seeing some mixed reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Indian food they offer. Not only was it delicious and authentic, but it was also fresh and impeccably packed.

What really impressed me was the speed of their service. The order arrived much quicker than anticipated, which added to the overall positive experience. It's not often that you find a restaurant that delivers both quality and promptness.

I've been a regular customer for quite some time now, and I believe this establishment deserves more recognition than its current rating reflects. The consistency in the taste, the prompt delivery, and the attention to packaging detail are the reasons why I wanted to take a moment to share my experience.

If you're hesitant due to some negative reviews, I'd suggest giving them a chance. I have to admit I was kind of afraid after reading some of the reviews below. But I can say the delivery was fast, all was well packed, and we overordered (in fear something might be forgotten) but all was there AND there were actually a couple of things extra. All was good, I agree if you look for typical typical Indian food then no - this is heavily Europeanized! - but that is normal. It was creamy. The ingredients were clearly fresh, so that is worth the extra money (I can not verify it is organic but I can tell you it was prime ingredients). I took a star off because I ordered a curry with cashews and I could not find a cashew (they might have been ground into the sauce but I was not able to locate a real cashew) AND because I ordered cheese nan but they were not cheese at all. Die Lieferzeit ist immer über den vorhergesagten Wert und auch die Mahlzeiten kommen mir recht teuer vor verglichen mit der Menge an Essen die man bekommt. Doch die größte Frechheit dieses Unternehmens ist der Umgang mit den Kunden. Ich bestelle immer extra direkt bei Bio Frische, damit sie nicht 30% des Geldes an Lieferdienste abgeben müssen und bei der letzten Bestellung, erhielt ich aufgrund einer Falschaussage eines Lieferanten von Bio Frische den auf der Homepage versprochenen Rabatt nicht, "da ich anrief und nicht online bestellte", obwohl es für mich nicht verständlich ist warum dieser bei Anrufen nicht gewährt wird. Die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon war überaus unfreundlich und legte einfach auf, als sie merkte, dass ich erneut anrief um mich zu beschweren und nicht etwas weiteres bestellen würde, wurde ich mehrfach weggedrückt. Als ich schließlich doch durchkam wurde mir der Kontakt zu einem Vorgesetzten, sowie Name der Mitarbeiterin und irgendeine Art von Dienstnummer verwehrt. Nach einer E-mail an den Kundenservice wurde mir klar, dass weder Professionalität noch Kundenwertschätzung in diesem Unternehmen etwas bedeuten, da mir auch hier nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung für das Verhalten ihrer Mitarbeiterin angeboten wurde. Dies teilte ich auch in einer Antwort dem Kundenservice per Mail mit, was dazu führte, dass dieser mit Mail zu Mail unprofessioneller wurde. Bis heute war ich ein regelmäßiger Kunde von Bio Frische, doch heute war es eindeutig das letzte Mal, das ich hier Essen bestellte.
