Vin Restaurant — Restaurant in Vienna

We ordered two different vegan main dishes. Both didn't taste very well. Sadly the vegetables of the green curry tofu were totally overcooked and mushy and it tasted more like an 'Austrian Eintopf' without spices, but surely not like Asian food. When we had to complain that there were about 10 small flies in the rice (side dish) on which we had put soya sauce, the service personnel got defensive and explained the small flies might have been in the soya sauce and she brought us a new rice and separately the soya sauce in bowl. Sadly she didn't excuse at all but instead she seemed upset with our complaint. When we put the new soya sauce on the new rice, we discovered again small flies in the rice. By this time our small daughter was so disgusted of the flies that she couldn't continue eating. After the service personnel was informed again, this time she didn't even offer us to replace the rice nor did she excuse herself. She just seemed very unhappy and more offended by our complaint. Even during the payment procedure, no problem solving communication, no excuses from the service personnel. 3 of us went to dinner in September 2023. The restaurant looked nice and had outside seating. We sat outside. The 1st server was cordial but not overly nice. He forgot to bring water as requested. One dish was served 10 minutes after the others and it was the wrong dish. The 2nd server was not nice and never smiled. Ordered some veggie nems and blackbean beef with rice. The food was okay; not great, not terrible either. They served the starter and the main dish at the same time which is quite weird; felt like I had to rush to eat the starter so that the main dish wouldn't get cold. And they also forgot to prepare the main dish of the person I was with.
