A little piece of Italy right in the heart of Vienna! This new restaurant brings the Italian vibe to life. Warm atmosphere, Italian chatter all around you. Charming service, with everyone from a different area (Bologna, Ferrari …) and the food is amazing start to finish. It’s honestly the simple things that did it for me - the olive oil, the pesto on the trofie, the tomatoe sugo on the meatballs. That’s where you see the chef’s skill really coming to life. And make sure to not skimp on dessert - Nonna’s cake is honestly incredible.

While everyone serving us was very caring, there were some start-up difficulties. The food took a little longer than expected and here and there something small was forgotten, like a plate for the bread with the olive oil. But it was the very first night they opened up, after all! A corner of true Italy in 8.Bezirk I was invited to celebrate a birthday last Saturday night and I must say that it was an absolutely perfect choice: we were a group of Italians and it really felt like we were in a restaurant in the alleys of Genoa. The pasta with pesto, the pansotti in walnut sauce and the eggplant parmigiana were exceptional! An amazing place to eat. The staff is very welcoming. I came here with my family (there was 6 of us) and we had no idea what we wanted, so the owner made us a tester plate. We tried all the dishes and they were all to die for. All the pasta is fresh and handmade. I would recommend anyone and everyone to come and eat here.
