DerMann, der verwöhnt — Restaurant in Vienna

People working there can't be more incompetent, I was waiting in the line to order, 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees, I was going to eat there and my husband was in a hurry. When I finally arrived they asked if to go or to eat there, I answer to eat there because my husband goes to the hospital and I was gonna wait for him. They told me to take a sit and the colleague will take my order. We waited, the lady next to me asked me if we had to go to order because she had been waiting with her child for a while... after 15 minutes totally, no service at all, my husband had to leave and they didn't want to give me the sandwich, the lady was putting the same I ordered in a box and she said it was for another customer (who was in the line after me!!!)...

The lady next to me left with her child, I also left because nobody was able to ask or give any kind of service. So I came to the coffee in front, Mel & koffie, excellent service, they just took the sandwich from the counter, put it on a plate and took less than one minute, also my coffee was served quickly. Unfortunately my husband went to the hospital without eating because in Der Mann they have no clue of what they are doing and not paying attention to customers at all and even made you have a bad moment only for a sandwich that they can just put in a plate in that moment.

I leave you a picture of the coffee in front in case they don't serve you in Der Mann or keep you waiting a lot for a sandwich that is already made and they are not able to put it in a plate and...

Terrible service, very rude person behind the counter who doesn’t even speak basic english and another one who refuses to. We tried to order 3 times from their pastry display, every time they ignored us and redirected us to sit outside, where we waited at least 15 minutes for the menu to arrive and someone to come and take our order; the menu which only included breakfast and not the pastries that we had already decided and were ready to order before they completely disregarded us. We visited early in the morning, there were not a lot of customers and the shop was not understaffed as there were at least 4 employees there, but apparently they only care about their native customers and have no intention of making an effort to at least be kind to...

UNGENIEßBAR, altes hartes Essen & unfreundliche Mitarbeiter Jedes Mal wenn ich dort etwas kaufe,(das war immer sonntags) ist es alt, bröckelig, man schmeckt, dass es länger gestanden ist. Das Erste Mal war es der Lotus-Muffin, der so alt war dass man ihn nicht essen konnte. Pfui. Das Zweite Mal an einem anderen Sonntag war es der Krapfen der Hart war und den ich ebenfalls wegmschmeißen musste weil dieser überhaupt nicht genießbar war! Beim dritten Mal, auch an einem Sonntag, kaufte ich ein Laugencroissant, dieses zerbröckelte in meiner Hand das war hart und man schmeckte dass diese schon ein paar Tage alt war. Beim Dritten Mal kehrte ich zu dieser Bäcker -der Mann -zurück und beschwerte mich über die Qualität und wie Sie gewährleisten können solch schlechte Produkte an Kunden zu verkaufen? Diese unhöflichen Mitarbeiterin antwortet auch noch frech: "Dafür können wir doch nichts das kommt aus der Zentrale und dass der Lotus-Muffin älter ist und dann nicht schmeckt, ist doch klar wenn der da steht. Unhöfliche, freche, unkompetente Mitarbeiter die dort arbeiten. Die Mitarbeiter mit anscheinend türkischer Abstammung sollte einmal ein Schulung über Kundenortientiertes arbeiten belegen und Ihren Ton gegenüber Kunden ändern, dann fängt sie mit mir auch noch an zu diskutieren¡¡, dann meinte ich ich werde in der Zentrale mich über Sie beschweren, dann meinte Sie ja machen sie doch, hier die Zentrale Der Mann, ich sagte, ich weiß schon wo ich anrufen muss. Zuerst wollte sie mir Ihren Namen nicht aushändigen. Diese Filiale ist NICHT zu empfehlen, keine frische Garantie, unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, Geld Verschwendung, hartes altes Essen.
