We loved this tiny litte bar. They make their own range of cheeses and pickled vegetables, which is nearly the only food you can get here (unless the owner cooked some pasta for himself for his dinner, and then shares little taster plates of it with everyone he thinks needs them round the bar - such a wonderful way to make you feel welcome and like a friend of the house). It's not cheap, but the attention of the staff, the quality of the food and wine and the atmosphere really make it worth it. You will not mind the bill at all. Service was excellent and the wine was delicious. I wish we could say the same for the cheese platter. It was the blandest thing I'd ever had. It tasted of nothing, even the chili and pepper cheeses were bland. Stringy, soft, hard it didn't matter, every piece tasted exactly alike - of nothing. I could have made a better platter with cheese from the store. Major disappointment, though again, staff and wine...
