Grey Kaffee — Restaurant in Vienna

The manager and staff were not friendly at all. I came to take my deal on Neo taste which take 1 drink and take the other for free. (While I paid money to subscribe to this app)

The staff obliged us to take the exact same 2 drinks while my partner is Vegan and i am not.

The staff informed us that the chef told them this and do against WHAT WRITTEN IN THE APP and they let us call the chef.

In the app is written that "we have to take whatever we want " we called the chef and the chef told us on phone " it is a mistake from the app and he can't do anything and not his problem" and he was so inpolite person and has no sense or clue about customer satisfaction while I came 50 min away in a hot weather and they didn't care about anything.

I don't recommend this...

Just gorgeous! I wanted to go there once to try their pistachio cornetti and since that, I have gone 3 times again. The people there are lovely and speak good English. Very nice boxes for take out. Their cornetti are a beautifully made croissant filled with a pistachio cream (or vanilla or hazelnut) that is just to die for. Very generous on the filling! Out of all my orders, I each time only had one bite without filling and I am not mad about that as the croissant is perfect already (and I've had a lot of croissant from different Boulangeries as I was born and raised in France). Went there with high expectations of Cornetti at around 10:45 and a 30-minite drive on a Saturday only to realise that all them are out. The staff only said everything is out but didn't tell me if there will be more until I asked (had to wait for 5 minutes after she got back to again) it turned out that you have to wait 30 minutes for the next fresh ones so I decided to leave so that I don't waste my time anymore.
