McDonald's — Restaurant in Vienna

A normal McDonald's, the people serving are always busy the place has little space to sit down, and the McDonald's and McCafe are in different parts of the building, which is a small gripe, but adds to the frustrations. The wait for the food was relatively small, so I cannot subtract any points for that, what I can subtract points for is the fact I didn't even know if there was a McCafe in the building even though it said McCafe on the building's side. Prices are average, and at the time of writing a large menu will cost you from 7.40€ to 8.70€ depending on your choices. Ordered my breakfast sandwich and a coffee, 2 creams + 2 sugars which I need to mix it well myself. No problem at all. Cost is €4.5, paid by credit card.

Got free wifi but lack of charging plugs. 6 touch screens to order but the screen wasn't very sensitive to my touch, perhaps still early in the morning? The screen offers German and English option. If you are a regular customer, don't speak either language, I bet that will not be problem. Some customers didn't get used to the ideas of taking their finished food trays away after they satisfied their appetite ... At time when there are not enough stuff to take care of that, it doesn't look pretty good, no doubt,...

Hallo ihr lieben 🙂 Im Normalfall und bis vor kurzem, war ich mit der Filiale zufrieden. Der letzte Besuch dort, hat mich leider sehr enttäuscht ! Ich hatte wie immer das selbe für meinen Kollegen und mich bestellt, da bis dahin immer alles in Ordnung war, habe ich nicht in die Tüten gesehen. Das war ein großer Fehler, der mir nie wieder passieren wird ! Es war eine Dame an der Kasse, die nicht gut deutsch verstand, okay das kann passieren. Ich habe alles langsam und deutlich bestellt. Sie hat alles wiederholt, somit dachte ich, dass alles passt. Genau 10 Minuten danach komme ich bei der Arbeit an, räume die Tüten aus und merke das einiges nicht passt. Ich hatte 2 BigMac OHNE Gurken bestellt (stand auch so auf der Rechnung), aber beide waren mit Gurken. Dann hatte ich einen Fishmac bestellt, befindet sich aber ein Fishburger in der Tüte und die Pommes und Burger waren kalt, obwohl alles frisch gemacht werden sollte ! Bin dann nochmal zur Filiale zurückgefahren und habe den Manager alles sagen wollen, aber er ging nach meinen ersten Satz. Er hat dann 2 neue Bigmac ohne Gurken und einen Fishmac gemacht. Dafür habe ich mich bedankt. Dann habe ich ihm erklärt, dass ich mein Essen nicht essen konnte und meine Poteto Strips (ich glaube so haben die geheißen), und meine Nachspeise jetzt eiskalt sind. Da hat er schon herumgemotzt, warum ich das noch nicht gegessen habe. Weil in den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und jetzt auch noch wegen Corona, dass essen verboten ist und nur deshalb alles ausgekühlt ist. Ich habe ihm das kalte Essen zurückgegeben. Er hat mir dann total angenervt die Poteto Strips ausgetauscht. Dann habe ich die Nachspeise angesprochen, dann war er total sauer. Er hat mir dann zwar diese Bällchen ausgetauscht aber die Sauce nicht dazugegeben und die von vorhin war ja in der Tüte, die er zurück genommen hatte. Egal, ich war bis dahin regelmäßig dort, jetzt bin ich es ganz bestimmt nicht mehr !!! Sorry, aber so etwas geht...
