Really bad experience, definitely not in line with existing comments. Reasons are: we were given at least 4-5 different menus. Then, while ordering, 80% of dishes were not available and were told to choose among very few options. service was extremely slow, not compatible with a lunch break. Menù arrived after 20 minutes, dishes arrived randomly at different times to the 4 guests of my table, the first one after 1:20 hours. After 1:40 hours my friends had already finished and I still was without dish so I went inside and they quickly prepared it and gave it to me. Btw it was a dish of gyoza, nothing complicated. Also, there were very few people in other tables, so it wasn't related to peak hour the food wasn't great at all. ...

My wife and I went there for a late dinner and ordered two dishes, some spring rolls (Frühlingsrolle), and drinks.

First off, the spring rolls were still cold on the inside—like they hadn't been properly cooked or maybe were still half-frozen. Definitely not appetizing.

But the worst part came at the end. When we paid, we were charged an extra €4.50 for rice, even though rice was already included with the dishes. We didn’t notice at first, but when we realized and went back to complain, they did give the money back—but without even a simple apology!!

It honestly felt like it might’ve been done on purpose, which made the whole experience even more...

Das Lokal ist nicht zu empfehlen! an meinem Tag leider nur 1 Bedienpersonal und 1 Koch für ca. 60 Personen im Lokal und im Garten. Völlige Überforderung. haben 15 min gewartet, bis wir Bedient wurden. weitere 30 min auf die Vorspeise (Frühlingsrollen) gewartet. weitere 10 min auf die 1. Hauptspeise. weitere 10 min bis alle ihre Speisen erhalten haben. all meine Speisen waren nur lauwarm. Normalerweise würde ich das sofort zurückschicken, aber nach 45 min Wartezeit und begrenzter Mittagspause und Hunger wollte ich das nicht mehr zurückschicken. Hauptspeise war eine Kinderportion. Davon würden Kinder 2 Portionen essen. Preis Leistung 0 Sterne. Die Gyoza sind geschmacklich nicht gut. Teig sehr dich und die Füllung irgend eine faschierte Pampe. Auf die Getränke wurde gleich ganz vergessen.

Das Lokal sieht mich nie wieder.

in unserer Wartezeit haben zig Personen ohne Bestellung das Lokal wieder verlassen, da sie nicht einmal Begrüßt oder angeschaut wurden.
