Nam Nam Deli — Restaurant in Vienna

For true lovers of Indian spices, the restaurant is a disaster. The food tastes like nothing, rice is not included, and the boss has little desire to make an effort. We were the only ones (3 people) in the restaurant, and yet we had to wait unnecessarily long. We were eating there through thefork.com with a 50% coupon. The boss knew we were dissatisfied and apparently blocked the rating, which is why I am now reporting via Google reviews.

PS: when we paid, the friend of the boss came. The man was really nice and also asked us why we were dissatisfied. Unfortunately, he was not in the restaurant from the beginning. He really did a good job and was honestly...

Bestellart: Lieferung über Foodora Ich und meine Mitbewohnerin haben jetzt schon zweimal bei Nam Nam Deli bestellt. Zum Essen selbst gibt es absolut nichts zu meckern – es war wirklich super lecker und preislich völlig in Ordnung. Die Auswahl ist vielseitig, mit leckeren vegetarischen Optionen, und das Schärfelevel kann auch nach Wunsch angepasst werden, was ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Doch leider ist das alles für mich von einem wirklich enttäuschenden Service überschattet worden.

Zuerst mal: Ich kann nichts zum Restaurant sagen, da ich es nie live gesehen habe. Aber die Lieferung… Man, das ist wirklich ein Kapitel für sich. Beim ersten Mal war noch alles im Rahmen, aber beim zweiten Mal… wo fange ich an? Das Essen kam pünktlich (okay, mehr oder weniger), aber als der Lieferant mir das Essen übergab, wurde mir dann erstmal mein italienischer Handyvertrag als „Problem“ vorgeworfen. Er konnte mich wohl nicht anrufen – ja, klar, was auch immer. Und was war das für ein Drama? Der Lieferant war „scheinbar schon ewig im Gebäude“ (obwohl er erst gerade geklingelt hatte und ich sofort die Tür öffnete). Kein freundliches Wort, kein „Hallo“, kein „Tschüss“, nix. Der Mann hat das Essen einfach in meine Hand gedrückt und sich dann mit einem Schimpfwort verabschiedet, bevor er in den Aufzug stieg. Wirklich, ich war kurz davor, ihm zu sagen, dass er das Essen wieder einpacken soll, aber dafür ist es halt echt zu lecker... Und wer denkt ich übertreibe, fragt meine Mitbewohnerin ... sie hat den aufgebrachten Lieferanten (das könnte ne Reddit Story sein) bis an die Wohnungstür gehört.

Essen 10/10 – Lieferung 0/10. So geht's nicht, Leute. Echt schade, weil das Essen wirklich super ist, aber dieser Service war...

The first time, I ordered the "Garlic Naan" and was shocked to find they were literally just garlic cloves. The second time, the staff was incredibly unfriendly, and the mango lassi tasted horrible. Also, other stuff was awful too. To top it off, I saw the owner smoking inside, which is not only unsanitary but also illegal in many places. I would not recommend this...
