Pizzeria Del Gusto — Restaurant in Vienna

Let's start with the assumption that I'm Italian, so I know my stuff.

I ordered from this pizzeria through foodora. Afterwards, I checked the reviews on Google Maps and realized they were all one-star. At that point, I panicked, wanted to cry, and felt completely demoralized—but I had already placed my order.

We are staying in an apartment just a 5-minute walk from the pizzeria, so the issue of a cold pizza might not apply to us. Anyway, the delivery guy was friendly and called me since he couldn’t find me. He handed me a hot pizza, which was clearly a frozen pizza—but a good one. Plus, he gave us a tasty tiramisu, hopefully without any side effects.

All in all, with the money we spent, in Italy, you could get two pizzas ten times better. But considering the city's pizza prices, we actually spent much less. On top of that, we got a decent pizza and a tiramisu. In my opinion, four extra stars just to balance out all the one-star reviews, in my opinion...

Pizza was good but don't order over their website.

Delivery was disastrous. Ordered on the website and waited for 40 minutes without receiving confirmation. Called them and he just had not looked at the website. Then the order was confirmed and it took another 30 minutes of silence after which I called again only to hear that I should be patient and wait more. Waited 1h30min in total for 2...

Rahmgerichte katastrophal grenzt an fahrlässige körperverletzung Ich als koch würde die bestellung verweigern bevor ich so etwas raus gebe um paar euro zu verdienen ihr habt mir die augen geöffnet das jeder sich selbstständig machen kann ohne jegliche sorgen dankeschön Ich schreibe sonst nie negative rezessionen aber das musste echt sein damit sowas nicht mehr passiert spezialiesiert euch auf eure pizza bevor man ihrgend etwas verkauft was man nicht kochen kann geschweige nicht weis wie es schmecken sollte echt schlimm pizza achnitzel genug mit dem rest ruiniert ihr euch selbst tut mir echt leid ist aber leider so

Der lieferant sehr frech schnauzt mich an das keine hausnummer steht wärend er mich anruft und ich ihm tür aufgemacht hab im nachhinein bereue ich ihm trinkgeld...
