Pizzeria Fantastica — Restaurant in Vienna

This is a nice casual place for a meal. On the corner , convenient location, busy lot of foot traffic and people passing and going by as you eat if you choose to sit outside under the covered area. Location is near the U1 and cross walk. I’ve seen groups of 4-5 people at a table, enjoying a meal with several small dogs by their side in the outdoor patio area, so this is definitely a pet friendly spot. I’ve seen some customers that smoke in the patio area so smoking is allowed here. I personally did not like this but that was the atmosphere I got so it’s accepted for smokers. Service was ok, we waited some time for our lasagna to come out, so this was some delay but staff was quite friendly and it was not a big deal if you are seeking to sit a while for a leisurely meal...

I ordered online and they confused the pizzas and gave me whatever i didnt order. I called and in a rude way they told me it was my fault as I ordered online. I ordered in their website!! very agressive and rude personnel and pizzas are not good anymore.

AAAAND they respond to this opinion by criticising and blaming me for not having told them, hahaha they are incredibly rude and lyers. Bad service, bad treatment and bad pizza!!! bad manager and bad workers who tresat bad and shout to you on the phone when they make a mistake, people....you...

Normalerweise bin ich mit der Pizzeria sehr zufrieden, aber das Erlebnis gestern war einfach eine Frechheit! Ich möchte wissen, wer dieser unhöfliche Kellner im weißen Hoodie ist. Wo sind die freundlichen und jungen Mitarbeiter geblieben?

Egal, ob ich als Gast im Unrecht bin oder nicht, oder ob ich versehentlich das falsche Gericht bestellt habe – es ist immer noch möglich, freundlich mit den Gästen zu sprechen und ihnen höflich mitzuteilen, wenn sie sich irren. Doch der Kellner gestern hat mich nicht nur unhöflich angesprochen, sondern mich auch provokant „junge Dame“ genannt. Das geht einfach gar nicht!

Ich weiß nicht, was er sich vorstellt, wer er ist. Sassy sein kann er zu Hause, aber nicht im Restaurant. Die Art und Weise, wie er mit der Situation umgegangen ist, war schlichtweg schrecklich. So jemand sollte bitte kein Kellner sein!

Zwischendurch kam er dann zwar, um zu fragen, ob alles in Ordnung sei, aber konnte es sich nicht verkneifen, uns zu sagen, dass wir nächstes Mal besser lesen sollten. Ich frage mich, warum das nötig war.

Es geht nicht darum, wer was falsch bestellt oder geliefert hat, sondern um die respektlose Haltung des Kellners und wie er mit der Tatsache umging, dass seine Gäste sichtlich unglücklich waren.

Durch diesen schrecklichen Service, hinterlasse ich leider nur 1 Stern, denn ich konnte sowohl das Essen als auch das normalrweise schöne Ambiente, nicht genießen!! Leider werde ich in Zukunft definitiv nicht mehr bei dieser Pizzeria bestellen oder vorbeikommen....
