Pizzeria RIVA Billroth — Restaurant in Vienna

What a pity! Good pizza but bitter aftertaste: tap water, here sold as "Hochquellwasser" (almost all tap water in Vienna comes from Hochquellen Leitung and is usually served free of charge) costs 2 Euro per carafe even though most of the pizzas on the menu are priced 15-20 Euro. Last week I was in Wien and a friend recommended this pizza restaurant. Well guys, this is the best place to have pizza in town. The hosts were super, especially Stefania and and Christian. I had pizza Donna Anna and it was perfect! You could taste each single ingredient and appreciate their first quality. Well, don’t miss it if you ever visit Wien! Thanks Stefania I hope to see...

Riva Pizzen genießen einen hervorragenden Ruf. Der "Hype" um die Pizzen erschließt sich mir jedoch nicht. Jetzt gibst auch eine Riva im 19ten. Das Ambiente ist ok, erinnert mich aber mit den gelben Sesseln irgendwie an eine Volksschule oder Kindergartenkantine. Die Kellner sind allesamt freundlich aber noch etwas "unbeholfen." Gut - das Lokal hat auch noch nicht sehr lange offen. Unsre Pizza war mit 14 Euro kein Schnäppchen und mit ganzen 4 Stück (!) hauchdünner Bresaola belegt. Sie schmeckte daher auch etwas "lasch". Auch könnte die Pizza etwas länger im (schönen) Ofen verweilen- sie war nämlich sehr, sehr weich. Das unschöne Wort "lätschert" stand im Raum. Aber offensichtlich bin ich Pizzateam "Knusprig". :)

Update 4.25: ich habe (lernfähig ;)) dazu gesagt man möge die Pizza etwas länger im Ofen lassen - hat...
