Sajado — Restaurant in Vienna

Extremely rude employees and bad quality food. For example, we were asking for utensils as not everyone can use a chopstick and the waitress was so upset why we are asking. After asking the third employee they finally brought it. The whole vibe and atmosphere was not welcoming and the staff are just in a bad mood. The staff treats the white customers different and just rude to the rest. The food quality was really bad where food coming is different for tables. The ingredients listed don’t match what comes (e.g when ordering beef salad with coriander, the ones we get has no coriander but other tables gets it) and they took 20-30 mins just to bring the raw and uncooked skewers. We were a group of 6 and basically can only order 12 things at a time with a time out of 5 mins between orders which took 20-30 mins to arrive. After two hours, we followed up on orders and they are upset why we are asking. Then they kept bring skewers we didn’t order. Having Dinner at a shopping mall doesn’t come with high expectations. But as a restaurant I hope for some decent options on their menu.

Well Sajado is not living up to those expectations. The idea of having a grill at the table is a great start but it comes with a very little all you can eat for a very high price and no quality whatsoever.

Furthermore I have to mention the a la cart menu which consists of plain and generic dishes which don’t taste fresh at all. Sauces and seasonings are wild and simply smell bad e.g. tofu with vegetables and rice. So simple to make delicious yet so far off at Sajado.

The drinks are cheap and of no quality AND expensive.

The waiter didn’t even understand what I wanted in the beginning as his german was poor.

All in all I recommend anyone to go grab a bite in one of the various other options at the mall and take a brief moment to think twice about where to fill their bellies.

Probably the worse all you can eat and barbecue I have tasted in a while. Everything we ordered was dry, tasteless and hard to chew. Some meat even smelled like it was too old.

Honestly this felt like a true scam, charing 27€ for this should be considered a crime. On top of that everything else is charged extra, which I had no problem with but there is nothing that tastes good. Charing higher prices is okay by my standards but you at least have to support that we decent food, which here you certainly wont experience. On top of that buffet will close at 21:00 even though a restaurant...
