I was seriously looking forward to going to this place with my fiancé as I remember having a great time having some Hookah and cocktails at the Danube Island in Austria four years ago.
Unfortunately, our experience was awful. We were told that in order to have a hookah given to us, we had to first order drinks. As it was noon, we just ordered water. We were fine with this. We were then told by the gentleman that we had to order our hookah from another guy.
It took us around 15 minutes to get the other guys attention. In which case, he frowned every time and said he was busy. By the time he got to us, it was already a half hour in. Within the next half hour or so, we watched other people get their hookahs before us. One group actually had two given to them.
He wouldn't make eye contact after he took our order and after he went past our table several times.
We decided to leave after seeing him give another table theirs. We still had to pay for drinks and I was embarrassed for even mentioning to my fiancé how much fun we were going to have.
I would have understood if this place was busy, but we were one of the first couples to arrive at the place. When we left there were other groups, but it was still relatively early.

Waiter pretended ge gonna ask DJ to set music very slightly down so that we can hear each other sitting all next to each other, but he never...
