Unfortunately, my husband and I had a disappointing experience during our visit today. Although the venue opened at 12 PM, we arrived at 1 PM to find they had already run out of picanha and several other items, limiting the menu options. We decided to order 6 mini coxinhas and 6 mini cheese balls. It took over an hour to receive our food — and only after I pointed out that another customer, who arrived more than 30 minutes after us, had already been served. When our order finally arrived, the coxinhas were burnt. By around 2 PM, new customers were being turned away because the food had run out. I also tried a brigadeiro, which did not taste fresh — it seemed like it had been made days earlier and stored in the fridge. The overall service was very disorganised. Staff appeared confused about the order sequence, using layers of Post-its with numbers but seemingly with no clear system for prioritising or dispatching them correctly.
